The cottage is located 2 km from Lipno dam and cca. 500 m from forest of Sumava, which is one part of the biggest forest of Europe. Next to cottage is a new cycling trail (cca. 70 km), which leads apart from road-traffic. There is an enclosed garden with fireplace, children swing, garden wood-furniture and two big parasols.
