The ground floor: the hall, living room, small colour TV, the kitchen corner, two-plate electrical cooker, small range for wood with oven, cooker-pot, refridgerator, the kitchen table. Bath with the tub (120 cm), shower and WC.
The attic: 2 separate bedrooms (each bedroom has 3 bads). In all rooms is electrical fire.

Shops, restaurants, post office, bus, petrol station in a nice recreation centre on the shore of the Lipno-sea. Lending office - boats, bicycles, tenis, cyclistic road. The bathing, fishing, water-sports in the sea. The trips: the cloister V. Brod (18 km ), castle Rozmberk (25 km), C. Krumlov (25 km).
