Eight year practise in this field and three year practise as personal trainers and leaders of ther own fitness „Fitness MINA“ in Hejnice, distr.Liberec.
We are able to design training plans for beginners and competitors, consultations about diets and after deal it is possible a training with personal trainer in private, or according to your choice in other offitness centers in Liberec and Jablonec region.
