Stonehenge II.: the light wakes you up every morning, you can sunbath on the ramp, watch the glittering on the water and relax or be attacked by long afternoon shadows and dance on the terrace in the setting sun...the house refers to the events of greater scale, far behind of our usual perception... 
 Project of the Bridges: communication as a thin fibre formed by big question-mark - it´s dots create the stabile ground under our feet - all the composition is very fragile - schematic architecture says, we live in the common space - symbol of the God has closed eye - or is it a smile? - white lines of the net support the image of the ideal schema of the vertical and horizontal communication - but the order is violated, there is a shift - there are caught the strange sensational information of the newspapers in the shifted structure. The dot of the question-mark grows out to the space in the form of the pointing finger - it attacks and involves the spectator. Two hangers make possible to present it as an ideal state or the shifted reality... 
...I made a special free time in one Sunday afternoon - I was sitting on the staircaise under the statue right in the centre of the Old Town Square, in the centre of the Prague city...sitting and waiting - I decided to go to the direction I would be attracted by - there was a beautiful day - I started to see the world around in a completely new sharp way... 
Project of the Given Chance: understanding means most importantly understanding the possibilities: my possibilities talk to me from the world, and so I have to understand them to be able to use them (or in case of non-authentic extistence, to avoid them; however, it must be said here that only a person who uderstands his/er possibilities, and for whom they are a part of his/er life, can avoid them) ... 
 ...presence - society - responsibility - confrontation - humanity - crisis - transiency - horizont - transcendention - humiliation - settlement - home ... 
 ... place on the very edge of the historical centre of the Prague city - the site where the baroque fortification was broken to extend the city to the northern suburb ...

... it is a wooden skeleton inserted to the outer supporting walls - irregular construction is made in classical carpenter way - it is not necessary to build the house first to make the living possible as the process of building is the life itself ...

 Nantes - Quartier de la Madelaine: la ville se definit par son espace public - par espace public, on entend pas seulement l´espace residuel constitue par la soustraction des volumes mais bien comme un element independent interrelie entre l´espace exterieur et l´espace interieur - le concept propose de rehausser l´identite du lieu constitue de fragments heteroclytes: historiques, structuraux, sociaux, culturels... 
 ... la structure irreguliere ouvre et offre la possibilite de nouvelles associations socio-spatiales - les contradictions - fragmentation et diversite - de ce quartier sont autant de richesses - pres du centre, il a su preserver son caractere insulaire qui fait tout son charme. 
Karlín: this development area always belonged to the river and is still strongly determined by it - river as a transport link, with the port and old shipyard in Libeň, together with fragments of 19th century industrial halls in Karlín, where the quarter preserves its´ unique atmosphere .... 
...all these characteristics of the place we took as an advantage and turned it into principles of our concept - our categorization is following: solid ground without floads for compact urban structure, solid ground with floads for elevated housing, unstable ground without floads for light structures and recreational facilities, unstable ground and floads for parks, gardens etc. 
 Chanukia: the candles are like the people - in my chanukia each one has its place from the beginning till the end - each one is waiting just for its own moment to be prepared to shine together with the others ... I started my design by refusing all unnecessary - I was fascinated by the parallel betwen the candle and human ...
... the plan even so detailed, does not show the result - written instruction and small unfolded model are here just to provoke the human imagination and the abstract creative thinking - candlestick itself exists only in our mind ... I wanted to warn of the cold rational approach, superficial aestheticism and easy jokes - I just tried to think about the sense of that, what happened in the faraway history, and what of that is for us, today, really important.
 Prostor pro mladé lidi: ... říkají, že dům je užitečný, a nehledí na dům jako takový, nýbrž jen na pohodlí - dům jim slouží a oni se v něm zabývají shrabováním bohatství - ale umírají jako žebráci, neboť po sobě nezanechali ani vyšitou pokrývku ani posvátné zlacení v úkrytu kamenné lodi - místo aby se směňovali, chtěli aby se jim sloužilo - když potom odejdou, nezůstává nic... 
... obnažené nitro obklopené mnohoznačnou prázdnotou, nabitou skrytým potenciálem, vyzývá k bezprostřední komunikaci a participaci uživatelů - vyzývá ke vstupu do hry ... 
Strahov: the place as a site - the site as a space - the space to experience as a dialogue, the dialogue establishing the premises of possible needs of the place - a space, transformed but recognizable, exposing the hidden dimension, the story ... the story as a creative and constructive realtionship between two parts, where two becomes one, at a certain time, in a certain position ... 
... a recogniton at first place, but, ... a relation, a relation established by the visitor, by the investigator, by the constructor, and by the visitor again ... the place starts to send information, starts to deliver, to reveal its identity ... the space, a room as a site, is beginning to radiate ... 
... the story is caught - the construction begins - the installation appears, evolves, ... the story is moved inside - out - ... the story, an ultimate story between the visitor / the investigator / the constructor, ... and the - place -, is materialised. 
Radnice do Českého Krumlova: ... město, zdánlivě chaotické, neuspořádané, bizarní, tak jak se odráží v expresívních existenciálních obrazech Egona Schieleho - domy zde vystupují spíše jako živé bytosti ovíjené magickou řekou, labyrint hrotitých střech nahlížený z odstupu nebo z nadhledu, podivně zářící barvy, spirála osudové přitažlivosti a odcizení zároveň, tragično a úzkost - personifikace města je zvláště silná v cyklu mrtvých měst ... 
... navázáním na uliční čáru školy vytvářím v rámci daného pozemku potřebný odstup pro vnímání panoramatu starého města a zároveň zachovávám samostatnost zemědělské usedlosti s výrazným průčelním štítem - zalomením této uliční čáry do osy rovnoběžné s kostelem a odsunutím hlavní hmoty objektu - vytvořením distance od školy - se snažím dostat do vztahu městských dominant a podpořit její svébytnost ... 
The Holocaust Memorial: ... they tried to cancel from the history a culture - they cancelled families, they killed the children ... the future, the memory, the past ... 
... there is an area in this town where the streets are both public space and domestic place - place where to play, to read a newspaper, to chat, to wash the cloth ... along the streets in this area stones come out from the ground, a ground that keeps memories - layers of four thousands years of history ... 
The Couple, 22.-23./8. 1997, Jerusalem Muslim Quarter - Via Dolorosa: when taking down this picture, two men passing by asked us: why do we want to take it away? - they seemed to like better the picture to stay in its place - somebody added smiles to the faces of the couple and the words: The first step between the two on the way and signed it The Lover. 
150 x 70 x 25 (blok): ... co je to vlastně naše svobodná vůle, do jaké míry je vlastně svobodná? co myslíte? Zřejmě jsme se narodili do určité doby, určitých podmínek, určité společnosti a ty nás všechny více nebo méně násilně NAPROGRAMOVALY (myslím tím rodiče, školu, kulturu, média...). Dá se potom mluvit o nějaké svobodné vůli? Anebo se chováme pouze podle určitých vložených algoritmů ... 
... i když z tohoto rámce nemůžeme vykročit, máme naštěstí dar rozumu, intelektu, pochopení, cítění, rozhodování a vybírání, přesto to nemáme moc jednoduché, chceme-li žít svobodně. Dnešní kultura je neobyčejně agresívní a žádá si nás celé, média bojují o nás samotné, nic není ponecháno náhodě! ... 
... čím jsou věci člověku blíže, tím jsou přijatelnější a řekl bych vlezlejší - kolik z toho, co člověk každý den zkonzumuje, přečte, vyposlechne, vidí, slyší vlastně potřebuje? Mám rád pěkné věci. Ale je tu určité nebezpečí: ... Ztráta svobody. 
Dům v přírodě: ... velký zákon, podle kterého se z pra-energie nepřetržitě rozvíjí mnohost, je jednota protikladů ... proto nemají pravdu ti, kdo touží po tom, aby veškerý boj skončil a nastal věčný mír ... neboť pomine-li tvůrčí napětí, zavládne naprostý klid a nastane smrt ... 
Kunstverein: galerie se téměř nepostřehnutělně pomalu pohybuje městem: obsahuje univerzální snadno přozpůsobitelný výstavní prostor s horním osvětlením ... převýšená proporce, prostor světla ... konfiguruje v průběhu dne okolní prostor náměstí ... zabydluje tmavé kouty ... je archou, putujícím symbolem dnešního bezdomoví ... trójským koněm ... multimediálním boxem ... živým proměnlivým organismem.
